The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, and
the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. However, the mattress in our room was a bit firm for my liking. Despite this, the beautiful canal view made up for it, and we loved relaxing on the terrace.

Convenient private water taxi dock, historic ambiance with antique decor, option to enjoy drinks on the canal terrace
Cramped shower space could be frustrating for those who prefer a more spacious bathroom!!! Noise from street activity might disrupt your peace if you're not on a higher floor!!! Renovation of the old carpeting and furniture might be necessary!!!

Fantastic location and wonderful staff
Staying here was a dream! The location was perfect, just a short walk from St Mark's Square and overlooking the serene canal. The room was spacious and clean with a charming balcony where we enjoyed our coffee while watching the gondolas pass by. The staff went above and beyond, offering personal assistance and making us feel truly welcomed. However, the hotel could use some updating to match the beauty of its surroundings.
