The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, and
the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. However, the mattress in our room was a bit firm for my liking. Despite this, the beautiful canal view made up for it, and we loved relaxing on the terrace.

Convenient private water taxi dock, historic ambiance with antique decor, option to enjoy drinks on the canal terrace
Cramped shower space could be frustrating for those who prefer a more spacious bathroom!!! Noise from street activity might disrupt your peace if you're not on a higher floor!!! Renovation of the old carpeting and furniture might be necessary!!!

Fantastic location and wonderful staff
Staying here was a dream! The location was perfect, just a short walk from St Mark's Square and overlooking the serene canal. The room was spacious and clean with a charming balcony where we enjoyed our coffee while watching the gondolas pass by. The staff went above and beyond, offering personal assistance and making us feel truly welcomed. However, the hotel could use some updating to match the beauty of its surroundings.

This hotel is the perfect base for exploring Venice! We loved the easy access to hidden gems and charming neighborhoods. The staff really made our stay special, offering us a map with local shops and sights to enjoy. Delicious breakfast options every morning.
In my wife's opinion, having a family-friendly play area or kids' activities would be great.

great stay but minor hiccups
The family room was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable retreat after our day of exploring. The vibrant city view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay. Breakfast options were impressive with quality items that catered to various tastes.
I wish there were a few more plant-based options available for breakfast.

Our experience was enjoyable with clean, spacious accommodations and friendly staff in a great location. The breakfast was tasty, though a bit limited in variety. However, the first-floor room had occasional noise and odd smells, and finding the hotel was a challenge. Overall, a lovely stay.
